Köfte

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef or lamb, onion, garlic, parsley, egg, cumin, coriander, salt, black pepper, and breadcrumbs. Mix well to combine.
- Shape the mixture into small balls or oblong shapes.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the köfte and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or pide (Turkish bread) and a side salad.
